Soulful Long Lunch: Hormones in Harmony

Sunshine Coast, Queensland
29 Mar 26

Held in Noosa, Queensland, the ‘Hormones in Harmony’ Soulful Long Lunch is an opportunity to gather with a community of like-minded women and delve into the evolving and deeply personal journey of hormonal health through every stage of life.

Hosted by ambassador and MC Kim Morrison at Lucio’s Marina on the Noosa River, this is an intimate 4-hour event over a beautifully curated Italian lunch, designed to foster clarity, community and deep nourishment.

An expert panel will share their knowledge, lived experience and practical insights – empowering women to better understand their bodies and honour their individual journeys.

We love that guests will also enjoy a grounding mindful moment with Ali Oejten.
