Immersive Private Canyon Adventure

Blue Mountains, New South Wales

Experience a true taste of the Blue Mountains’ wilderness, ancient rainforest, and stunning sandstone formations with this 1-day adventure with Blue Mountains Climbing School.

From water-carved rocks to serene creek beds, this private, small group nature immersion is sure to amaze anyone, regardless of prior experience and abilities.

The adventure begins with a hike through ancient rainforest to the canyon’s entrance. Then prepare to be in awe as you wade, scramble, or swim through the forest, with towering canyon walls and lush vegetation that can feel straight out of Jurassic Park. Traverse the canyon floor, following the path of the water that has been slowly eroding the sandstone over millions of years to create these stunning formations. And there’s also a chance to pause and refuel, with a nourishing and delicious lunch.

We love that your skilled guides will tailor the adventure to your group and select locations that allow you to challenge yourself to develop new skills (abseiling anyone?), or choosing canyons that allow a slower and more thoughtful experience.

This guided adventure is offered most days, so gather your favourite humans and head to the Mountains.
