This 1-day men’s health event is hosted by 7-time world champion surfer, Layne Beachley and Awake Academy CEO, Tess Brouwer. Their aim is to empower individuals to embrace authenticity, navigate challenges and foster resilience, leading men to become more centred, connected and confident.

Layne and Tess will be joined by a stellar panel of inspiring men who will be sharing their truths, tips, and life lessons in wellbeing in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

Getting there

This experience is held on Gadigal Country.
Manly is about 25 minutes from Sydney CBD by ferry, and the event will take place at Manly Pavilion, Cove West Esplanade, Manly NSW.
