Sydney, New South Wales

Celebrate Global Wellness Day with Well Traveller TV Host and seven-time world surfing champion, Layne Beachley AO, and practitioner of positive psychology and wellbeing, Tess Brouwer – co-founders of Awake Academy – for an energising (and free!) 30-minute wellness session on Sydney Harbour.

This isn’t just a talk. It’s a wake-up call.

Together, Layne and Tess will share science-backed rituals and real-life wisdom to help you pause the autopilot, reconnect with yourself, and create small daily habits that lead to big life shifts.
