- Deposit Policy (excluding on-air competition)
- To secure all reservations through our online reservation system a 10% deposit is required immediately. This is a 10% non-refundable administration fee.
- If your reservation is outside 30 days prior to arrival please note that the balance of the package will be charged to the same card by the Front Office Team – 30 days prior to your reservation date.
- If your reservation is within 30 days of arrival the full 100% payment of your package will be processed on the card provided.
- Payment by Credit Card will incur a transaction fee: Visa & MasterCard will attract a 1% surcharge; Amex & Diners Club will attract a 1.75%.
- Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 10% non-refundable administration fee is retained in the event the booking is cancelled or unable to be fulfilled. Any credit card surcharges are also retained.
- In the event of cancellation 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of package can be used in credit for future stays within 12 months. No refund applies.
- In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 100% of payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
- In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.
- Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack is comprised of one of the five signature organic essential oil roll-ons and one Unplug Pouch.
- International customers will receive the Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack at redemption of the experience.
- Domestic customers will receive the Well Traveller Wellness Travel Essentials Pack at redemption or it will be mailed to them.
